About Ms. Arielle

Let me introduce myself. I am a licensed speech-language pathologist by the state of California and am certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). I grew-up in northern, coastal Orange County and currently reside in Anaheim Hills. I am a lover of music & nature, a professionally-trained singer,
a wife to a firefighter, and a mama to two little loves.

I developed my own practice in order to do what I love most in this field, while also desiring to support, empower and provide caregivers with the confidence to collaborate with me, in making their child the best human possible.
Let's explore, discover, and experience speech and language development together as a team!

My Vision, Passions and Approaches
Every child is unique--there is no one else like them.
Caregivers are an integral part of the speech and language therapy process--evidence shows the benefits of parent participation in the positive outcomes of a child's speech and language development.

Therefore, I believe in collaboration and tailoring environments to meet the needs of the child and their family to provide the best opportunities for success, learning, and growth.
Evidence-Based Practices
As part of being ASHA certified, I'm ethically bound to integrating researched evidence with practitioner expertise and client preferences and values, into the process of making clinical decisions.
Family-Centered Approach
I can relate! Being a parent is hard! Add challenges with communication due to speech language delays or deficits and it becomes even more challenging. After having children of my own, I can relate to the importance in helping a child find their "voice" in order to communicate and connect with their families and the world around them. I value and consider your concerns, desires, and your ideas in collaboration with my educational, professional, and clinical knowledge.

With that said, I believe in a family-centered approach in order to provide caregivers with the speech, language, and social communication tools needed to help their child become the best human possible. I am here to help guide you through this process. At the end of every session, a brief consultation takes place.

Play-Based Approaches
My sessions involve structured and unstructured play therapy through the functional use of toys, sensory activities, movement, music, outdoors/indoors, crafts, games and more...the world is our speech therapy playground.
Look at the Whole Child & Tailor Their Environment
I believe in looking at the "whole" child. Children come from all backgrounds, communicative abilities, sensory-needs, likes and dislikes. Therefore, I tailor my sessions to each individual allow for the most successful outcomes. When possible, I like to incorporate a variety of setting options for therapy.
Passion for Helping People Improve Their
Communication Abilities
I believe that I can help others find their voice and a way to communicate, in order to build meaningful relationships.
Passion for Music
I have been singing since I was young and have continued this passion into my adult life. Music reveals benefits to a child's development, including speech and language, therefore, I desire to incorporate music into my therapy sessions.
Passion for Working With & Teaching Children
What's even cooler? I continuously get to learn from THEM.
